We have a 14 day returns and cancellations policy for all goods returned in a new and unworn condition with all the original packaging and labels attached, so if you are not 100% happy with your purchase, or if your item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, we will be happy to offer you a full refund the product and any extra postage paid for the delivery to you.

Need a different size? Just send the item back with the filled out return slip and we’ll do the rest.

The item must be returned in a new and unworn condition in its original packaging with all the labels attached and the completed returns slip from the bottom of your dispatch note.

Please ensure you obtain proof of postage as we cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

If an exchange is required, please ensure the exchange details and dispatch address are included.

International Returns

We are happy to offer a refund to international buyers for the cost of the product. Postage from and to you will not be reimbursed. Please be aware you may have to pay local taxes and import duties. We are not responsible for any of these extra costs.

Delivery

FREE DELIVERY ON ALL UK ORDERS

We aim to have all orders received by 11 am, Monday to Saturday, dispatched the same working day (excluding bank holidays) Orders received after 11am, Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays), will be sent out the following working day. All orders received on Sunday will be processed and sent out Monday.

Please note that while every effort is made to fulfill the delivery time periods, it cannot be guaranteed and we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of non-delivery caused by factors beyond our control.

We will email you to let you know when the order has been dispatched from our logistics center and will send you details. We use Royal Mail and Fulfilment by Amazon to deliver all our UK orders and Parcel Force (or similar) to ship to the rest of the world. Local taxes may apply for orders outside the UK which will not be included in our shipping costs. Please check with your customs offices in your country before placing your order so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
